REQUIREMENTS

~ Order Number/Invoice must be presented at the time of pick up.

~ Customers must arrive at the agreed time to ensure smooth handoff.

~ Animals must be collected within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise arranged.

TERMS

~ Pick up is free of charge.

~ LAG applies to all pick-ups. (LIVE ANIMALS ONLY)

~ If a customer fails to show up without notice, the order may be canceled and subject to a restocking fee.
