~ All geckos are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight to ensure safe and timely arrival.
~ Home Delivery: Available when temperatures are between 40°F and 85°F.
~ FedEx Hub Pickup: Recommended for added safety, especially during extreme weather (safe range: 35°F–90°F).
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
We guarantee live arrival when:
~ Someone is available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
~ Temperatures are within the safe ranges listed above.
~ If conditions are unsafe, we will delay shipping until weather permits.
SCHEDULING
~ After purchase, we will contact you within 24 business hours to arrange the shipping date.
~ Shipments are scheduled early in the week (Monday–Wednesday) to avoid weekend delays.

EXCEPTIONS
The guarantee does not apply if:
~ The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
~ The package is left unattended after delivery.
~ Temperatures are outside the safe ranges listed above.
RESOLUTION
If a gecko does not arrive alive under covered conditions:
~ A replacement gecko of equal value will be offered, or
~ A store credit will be issued for future purchases.
~ Customers are responsible for reshipment costs associated with replacement animals.
