ELEGIBILITY
~ To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition including all original packaging, tag and accessories
- The return must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase
- Proof of purchase, such as receipt or order confirmation
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Items that have been used, damage, altered
- Items with discounts
RETURN PROCESS
- To initiate a return, please follow these steps
- Contact our customer service team at yayissales0108@gmail.com to inform them of your intention to return an item
- Provide your order number, details about the item you wish to return and the reason for the return
- Our customer service team will contact you with additional instructions
- Live animals cannot be returned for any reason; however, we offer a 5-day health guarantee
- If your animal becomes ill within 5 days of receiving it, contact us immediately and we will provide a replacement animal of the same species, subject to availability or store credit, at our discretion
