ELEGIBILITY

~ To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in its original condition including all original packaging, tag and accessories
• The return must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase
• Proof of purchase, such as receipt or order confirmation

RETURN PROCESS

• To initiate a return, please follow these steps
• Contact our customer service team at yayissales0108@gmail.com to inform them of your intention to return an item
• Provide your order number, details about the item you wish to return and the reason for the return
• Our customer service team will contact you with additional instructions
• Live animals cannot be returned for any reason; however, we offer a 5-day health guarantee
• If your animal becomes ill within 5 days of receiving it, contact us immediately and we will provide a replacement animal of the same species, subject to availability or store credit, at our discretion

• Standard Shipping / 3-5 business days / Flat Shipping Rate $9.00
• Next Day Shipping (LIVE ANIMALS ONLY) Flat Shipping Rate $70.00

PROCESSING TIME

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business day(s) excluding weekends and holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer

CANCELLATIONS

• After an order is submitted, processing begins, if you need to cancel the order, please contact us by email yayissales0108@gmail.com

DELAYED ORDERS

• In the case of the shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s responsibility. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O Boxes
• Orders cannot be shipped outside of USA
